Rachel successfully launched the first ever SILENT HILL makeup collection funded via pre-orders as well as collections with Oregon Trail, Space Invaders, Bill & Ted, Living Dead Doll, Winchester Mystery House, Amy Brown, Vincent Price & Emily The Strange and more. Rachel was invited to mentor under Sophia Amaruso & Daymond John.
Under her leadership, the brand gained Significant Traction without traditional VP backing. We accomplished a lot with limited resources. We secured Licensing partnerships with major companies including Disney, Sony & Hasbro. She worked with Conde Nast to promote a Dungeons & Dragons collab on Teen Vogue's channels and was invited to present at Teen Vogue Summit (even though we couldn't afford to accept). She has been Scouted by Shark Tank casting agents and invited to Walmart Open Call. She developed and hired an amazing team that handled our retail support and training with over 23 years of experience on both the buyer and brand side as well as a women owned and run 3plg (that only ships cosmetics) Rachel leveraged these partnerships to market affordably DTC through Paid Media with lean remote only operations and low CACs with high LTV.
